Cancellation and amendments :
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you need to cancel or make an amendment to your vehicel rental when advised 24 hrs prior to the rental start date. All cancellations should be made with 5th Gear Limited and will be confirmed with a cancellation number - failure to obtain a cancellation number will result in no refund being issued. Should the customer cancel less than 24hrs notice prior to the rental start date or not show up to collect the vehicle, a no show fee equal to the first 2 days of the rental will be charged.
No refunds are offered for rentals that are terminated early or collected late unless pre-arranged with 5th Gear.
